Dale completed a 3 year apprenticeship from 1996-1999 passing every exam with distinction.
He then went on to complete the City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and testing. He holds the JIB Gold card with the highest grade of Technician.
After this, he went on to work on some major large scale electrical installations working all over the UK, later deciding to settle in the small Lincolnshire town of Sleaford and start his own business, Reetec Electrical Services in late 2003.
From a very young age, Dale worked with his late father, who was also an electrical contractor and had been working within the electrical industry since 1953, so you could say the job is in his blood. Dale also hopes one day that his young son, Alfie or daughter Freya (good to get more women working in this male dominant industry), follows in his footsteps and continues to grow the family business.
